Die Schönsten Deutschen Bücher (The Best German Book Design) is a competition organized annually by Stiftung Buchkunst, electing twenty-five books in five categories. The competition showcases the creative and innovative work of publishers, designers and printers, highlighting the artistry and craftsmanship that goes into producing outstanding books. The twenty-five winners plus three books, whichhave been awarded the young book design prize, are presented in this catalogue.
